Paula Lynn Caplan

Paula L. Caplan, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Monday, September 18th, 2023 at the age of 83. She is survived by her children, Jay F. Caplan (Becky Alvis) and Ken A. Caplan (Gill Tipping); siblings, Morris (Peg) Glick and Fred (Arlene) Glick; grandchildren, Alex (Jomarie) Caplan, Jordan (Keith) Hanover, Lara Caplan and Greg Caplan; great-grandchildren, Emily Caplan, Judy Caplan, David S. Caplan, and Roxanne Hanover; and nieces and nephews, Robin Glick, Jamie (Jill) Glick, Matthew Glick, and Jordan Glick. She was predeceased by her husband, David N. Caplan; parents, Ruth and Harry Glick; and nephew, Larry Glick.

While Paula's passing was unexpected, family and friends find comfort in the knowledge of Paula's love. "Family is everything" is something Paula was fond of saying. She never failed to share her love with the people around her- both family and the many friends she considered family, always communicating her caring and affection. Quick to gift a smile, a silly or kind remark, a generous laugh or a terrible joke, Paula will be missed by the many people who love her.

Services at Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery, 318 Berrymans Lane, Reisterstown, MD 21136, on Friday, September 22nd, 2023 at 2:30pm. Please omit flowers.
