GLEATON, Peggy P. “Polly” Gleaton, 74, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012. Mrs. Gleaton is survived by her husband of 42 years, Walter Gleaton; 2 sons, Howard Fryer and Tony Gleaton; 1 sister, Gloria (Don) Glisson; 2 brothers, Richard (Edith) Horne and Tommy (Marcia) Horne; 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 22, in the chapel of COREY-KERLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1426 Rowe Ave., with Rev. F. Ray Turner officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Mrs. Gleaton’s memory to the Community Hospice Foundation, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32257.
