Phyllis Jean Hill

Phyllis Jean Hill, age 95, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022 to be home with the Lord. Phyllis was born February 16, 1927 in Wilmington, Ohio to Jerrie C. and Estelle M. Martin. She retired from Cargill, amd was very active in her community. Phyllis was a member of Senior Friendship Club, volunteered at Memorial Hospital, and held office at Women's Moose Lodge. She was also a member of Arlington Christian Church.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, Jerrie and Estelle Martin; husband, Warren G. Hill; son, John E. Hill; and granddaughter, Jessica L. Baxter. She is survived by her children Richard G. Hill, Phillip E. Hill (Judy), and Penny Baxter; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Phyllis will be held Sunday, June 19, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Hardage - Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. A celebration of life will occur Monday, June 20, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. A committal service will occur following the celebration of life at Greenlawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to be made to a charity of choice in memory of Phyllis.
