Phyllis Irene Lowe Miller

Phyllis Irene Lowe Miller, passed away, February 14, 2013 to be with our Lord. She was born to Albert & Teresa (See) Lowe on May 25, 1927 in Buckhannon, WV. She married Cloyd Miller on June 17, 1950. She graduated from WV Wesleyan College in 1951. She is survived by one son, Gordon (Renee) Miller, one daughter, Mary (Dennis) Morris and 4 grandchildren, Bryan (Brittany) Morris, Michael Morris, Sarah Miller and Richard Miller. She was predeceased by one brother, Ralph Lowe and one sister, Alma Lowe Ross. Phyllis was a loving Christian mother and wife. She was a high school art teacher and later a preschool teacher. She enjoyed collecting dolls, miniatures and butterflies. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Jacksonville, FL. Funeral services will be held at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 4115 Hendricks Avenue, Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 10 am Jacksonville, FL with Pastor Barry Andrews officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family at the funeral home from 5-7 pm Monday, February 18, 2013.
