Ramona Ann Noggle Dockery was born in Tacoma, Washington on August 24, 1943. She passed away in Jacksonville, Florida on December 23, 2018.
Ramona began piano lessons at age nine. She played piccolo in her High School band. She graduated from High School in Mableton, Georgia in 1961. She started her career as a paralegal and eventually executive secretary. Ramona loved aerobics, yoga, and her two cats. She was a beach fanatic and loved Panama City Beach.
