Willie R. Quarles IV “Randy”, 32, passed away on October 10, 2015 in Mandarin, FL. He was a 2001 graduate of Mandarin High School. Randy was passionate about family, friends and Florida Gator Football. He is survived by his loving mother Donna; father Randy and devoted brother Ryan. A loving father, to the sparkle in his world Camerin. Sadly missed by Nana Tillie, Cousins, Aunts, Uncles and friends. Gone in an instant, remembered forever.
