BLAIR—Mr. Ray William Blair, 63, passed away July 6, 2010 at the Acosta-Rua Center following a lengthy illness at St. Vincents Hospital. He was preceded in death by his mother, Laura Pierce Blair; his father, Raleigh Lee Blair; and his brother, Ronnie Andrew Blair. He attended Annie R. Morgan Elementary and Paxon Junior High and went on to serve in the US Army and Navy. He worked at the Fruit Growers Express until his retirement in 2009. He is survived by: his wife, Kay Blair; his children, William Ray Blair, Jr., and Lorie Siets; his brother, Ralph Blair and his sister Irene Hunneycutt. A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 8 (TODAY) at 6pm at Home Garden Baptist Church, 6422 Bluebird Rd., 32219 with Rev. Abraham Nelson & Ralph Blair officiating. Memorials may be made, in his name, to Community Hospice of NE Florida.
