Raymond Charles Dick, 56, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away as a result of a brief illness on Sunday, April 22, 2018. He was born in Niagara Falls, New York. Raymond was a graduate of Florida State University and was retired from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. Raymond was predeceased by his parents, Loren and Dolores Dick. Raymond is survived by his daughter, Raymi Dick, son, Raymond J. Dick, sister, Janice Dick, brother, Paul Dick, and very special friend, Jennifer Craft. Raymond was a classic muscle car enthusiast and enjoyed buying, driving and selling classic hot rods and attending car shows. Over the years, he owned around twenty different hot rods and classic cars from the 1950s through the 1970s. Raymond was also blessed with a great sense of humor. A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, April 26, 2018 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home 11801 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida (Mandarin). A graveside service and burial will take place at a future time in Youngstown, New York. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that charitable donations be made to The Jacksonville Humane Society, 8464 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32216.
