Rhetha Skinner Williams

She was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, to Shade and Wionea Skinner. She attended Jordan High School and was married to Ronald C Williams in 1956 and had three children.

Along with being a military wife, she retired from BellSouth, Telecommunications as an Account Manager.

She is survived by her children; Jan Pence, LeAnn Adams and Michael Williams and six grandchildren; Jacob and Megan Adams, Emma and Addie Pence and Carly, Sarah and Ryan Williams, two brothers; Jerry and Richard (Faye) Skinner and two sisters; Judene Skinner and Ann Turner.

A celebration of Rhetha Williams’ life will be held at Hardage-Giddens 5753 Blanding Blvd. Jacksonville ,Fl 32244, December 14th, at 1:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Avalon Rehabilitation Center, 120 Spring St, Newnan, GA 30263.
