Uncle Bob was such a fun part of my life growing up and Joan has been a real blessing in these past close to 20 years. My mother Ruth (Bob's sister) often reminisces about her several trips down to stay with them in FL and often reaches back to tell the stories about her "baby" brother's escapades in their early years. Apparently he was very "creative." Ken and I were glad to have had the chance to visit with Bob and Joan briefly three different winters on our trek to FL and we loved hearing Uncle Bob's versions of Ruth's stories, of course embellished for dramatic effect. :-)
Uncle Bob was an accomplished photographer. He took our wedding photos and gave us a beautiful album. He also took some great photos of our son's wedding in N. Carolina. There is a wonderful wall presentation in Bob and Joan's home that I would call a "photo essay" and my mother has some beautiful floral photos of his in her home as well.
We are so blessed to have such good times and relationships with our extended families. Uncle Bob has always been one of those especially bright spots in our family history. We can't help but smile each time we think of him.

I will always have fond memories of my Uncle Bob, my Godfather. He took an interest in what I did, always took time to listen to me. He took my wedding pictures, developed them and presented a beautiful wedding album to my husband, Chuck, and me. A special memory was a trip to Myrtle Beach that Joan arranged for Uncle Bob's 70th birthday spent with family. He had many laughs watching his grandchildren and my son Dan enjoy the week at the beach.
Rest easy Uncle Bob.
Love, Bev and Chuck
