TREACY – Rose C. Treacy, 82, passed away on January 31st, 2013. Formerly of Brooklyn, NY, Rose resided in St. Johns since 1998. She served in the banking industry for many years. Rose was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is predeceased by her husband of nearly 50 years, Thomas F. Treacy. Surviving family members include her 7 children four sisters, twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Monday, February 4th in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11:00am on Tuesday, February 5th in St. Joseph’s Historic Catholic Church, Loretto Rd. with Father Bernie as Celebrant. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
