She transferred to Michigan State University and graduated with a BS in Industrial Psychology. Ro was elected Student Graduation Speaker for the Dec 1987 commencement, and then enjoyed a trek with classmates in January 1988 to Pasadena where her beloved Spartans won the Rose Bowl.
She met her wonderful husband Michael in California, when both were working at an event and rental company. Rosemarie always knew what she wanted – and Michael was clearly one of the people she knew she would always want in her life. They married in June 1990. Kyle was born in 1995, after the couple moved to Stillwater, New Jersey. Brian followed in 2000, also born in NJ. During their sixteen years in NJ, Rosemarie worked at both ThorLabs in Andover and the Sussex County Chapter of the Red Cross. The family attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Stillwater where both Rosemarie and Kyle were members of the choir.
The family moved to St. Augustine, FL in 2010 where Ro went to work as a Project Manager for ICS RfSmart in Jacksonville, FL where she enjoyed a supportive work environment and great friends. The family were members of both Our Lady of Good Counsel and Saint Sebastian's in St. Augustine where Rosemarie and Kyle were members of both choirs.
Rosemarie was never so happy as when she was with all her “boys” enjoying family barbecues, going to the beach and collecting shells, or attending school, sport, and church activities.
She will be profoundly missed by her family and many friends from school, work, and church.
The support and love she received from her wonderful friends at ICS, treasured pastor Fr. Guy Noonan at Our Lady Of Good Counsel, as well as Sr. Marie-Therese from St. Sebastian's will always be recalled with great gratitude and love.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 6th with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Roman Catholic Church, located at 5950 State Road 16, St Augustine FL 32092, with Rev. Guy Noonan as Celebrant.
