Ruby Lee Emery

Ruby was deeply devoted to her family. She was a woman of great faith and taught Sunday School for many years. Ruby was senior clerk at Paxon High School for nearly 30 years. served as president of the PTA and was a member of the Woman's Club of Jacksonville. She and her husband travelled worldwide after retiring. Her hobbies were cooking, camping, sewing and cake decorating.

Ruby was predeceased by her husband Raiford Emery, Sr. She leaves behind her sister, Una Mae, her daughter, Elaine, her sons, Fred (Theresa) and David, her granddaughter, Kate, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home 729 S Edgewood Ave Jax. Fl 32205,where a Visitation will be Thursday April 23 from 5-7 pm. A funeral service will be held at Riverside Baptist Church Friday April 24 at 11am, followed by Interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
