It is with profound sadness that the family wish to announce the passing of Sandra Pearle Cote (Wiggins) on June 24th, 2021 in Jacksonville, Florida. Born October 19th, 1950 in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, Sandra was the daughter of the late Randolph Wiggins and Pearle Wiggins (Kitchen).
Sandra is survived by her loving family, her husband Andre, sons Dustin (Sharon) and Guy, grandchildren Lauren and Ciara, and sisters Bonnie and Penny. She was predeceased by her brothers Gene and Kenneth.
A celebration of life will take place at Oaklawn Chapel in Jacksonville on Thursday July 8th from 5:30-8:00 pm. An additional celebration will be held in Fredericton at a later date.
