

Born July 6, 2006 in Sterling Colorado to Ronald Chapman Anderson Jr. and Stephanie Lorraine Anderson (Terrill).
Spencer was a shining beacon of love and hope to anyone he made contact with. His youthful years were active and full of curiosity. For his first 16 years, Spencer followed a path of Christianity. He was active in Boy Scouts and Trail Life, educated in public, private and home schools through out the US, acted professionally and in local theater and educated in classical and tap dance.
At the age of sixteen, Spencer immersed himself in Jewish studies and at 18, he converted to Judaism. Faith was his beacon and he took up multiple responsibilities to exercise his love in people and traditions of his congregation. He was often times known as the youngest member on teams of elders.
He held multiple part time and volunteer jobs and also interned and volunteered for local funeral homes.
Travel and cultural immersion was another love of his. He took great pride in being a military child and challenged himself to see new places and experience diversity.
Spencer is slated to graduate with honors from The Broach School in 2026. He was a humble leader and president of his class and lead student council through his senior year.
He is survived by his parents Ron (Andy) and Stephanie, grandparents Steve and Vicky Crook, grandparents Allen and Donna South, Aunt Melissa Anderson, Uncle Michael (Stephanie) Crook, cousins, fellow seniors and close friends of The Broach School.
He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Ronald (Andy) Chapman Anderson Senior and Deborah Anderson.
A private burial will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery and Dignity Memorial on Feb 25, 2026.
Public memorial and reception will be held on March 1, 2026 at Congregation Ahavath Chesed " The Temple" located at 8727 San Jose Blvd. in Jacksonville. the Memorial will begin at 12:30pm.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family or donated to The Broach School Orange Park campus.
