I'm sorry that Spencer was taken from this earth. It's unbelieveable.I want to just say thank you for inviting me into your house for the first time last year and I am thankful and will never forget meeting your family or sitting on yuor couch with your son. Thank you for raising Spencer how you did. I went 8 years without seeing my old buddy from Dupont and also my skate station partner. I made a facebook and that's how i reunited with him and I actually got to hang out with him for a last time and talk and text with him and I got to learn how proud of himself he was for getting his degree. His face and spirit and smile are truly one of a kind. I am fortunante I really am because I got to see him again. I am sorry and I will pray to the one i beileve in that you and your entire family will get through this and I will pray so he will give you guys strength.  I type these words with Love and sincerity.

I met Corey when I was a student at Wolfson High School.. We never shared a class together, but anytime I would see him in the halls he would make me smile.. It was something about him that made people feel good even on their worse day.. I was not as close to him as some of my former classmates, but I can say that I have never met anyone like him.. He will be forever loved and missed.. 
To the entire Valaer family, you are in my thoughts and prayers..

I can remember when I first met Corey..6th grade band class..we were playing the recorder..I  thought he was one of the cutest and coolest people I've ever met. 10 years later we were just as close. It's still so hard to believe that he's gone. I haven't dropped a tear in about 4 years, but these definitely haven't been wasted. Corey you will be missed so much.

We are all so sad to see you go. You were a bright light in the world, and my heart goes out to your family. You are all in my prayers.

I met Spencer in high school and I thought he was one of the most amazing people I had ever met. He was not a guy who I would consider 1 in a million. He was the 1 and only. There will NEVER EVER EVER be another Spencer. I will forever remember how he made me smile when I din't feel like it. Made laugh when I wanted to cry. In one word.... he was EXTRAORDINARY. I will miss him dearly.

Spencer I will never forget all of the funny times we had together.  I will never forget you coming up to me and rubbing you face against mines saying "Hey best buddy".  We would get in trouble in class together so much that the teacher had to move you away from me.  Most of all, I just appreciated you showing me love everyday with a hug and a lot of laughs.  You are one of a kind.  I will always miss you.
