Stephen Alexander Allen passed away January 16, 2019 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born March 2, 1979 in Manhasset NY. He graduated from Mandarin High School where he played football. He then went on to study at Jacksonville University and graduated with a degree in Marketing.
After college, Stephen's first endeavor into the workforce was the realty business in which he thrived with his outgoing personality and zest for being outside meeting new people and sharing many face to face memories. Not only did he enjoy the interaction that came along with the nature of the business, he held an appreciation for the architectural design behind it.
Outside of work, Stephen's world revolved around his family - wife Amy and two young sons, Aiden and Xavier. Nothing brought a bigger smile to his face more than seeing Xavier's smile from ear to ear and Aiden's personality and following Stephen's footsteps playing sports.
Stephen brought such a positive aura around him anywhere he went. He always had the biggest smile, contagious laugh and was always very welcoming to anyone he met. He had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. He was a teacher, encourager, dreamer, motivator and one of his best traits was that he had the ability to always see the best in everyone.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Amy Allen; sons, Aiden and Xavier Allen; parents, Adela Elliott and Steven Allen; brother, Luis Enrique and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin, 11801 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32223.
