JOHNSTON- Susan A. Johnston, 72, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019. Susan was born on September 4, 1946 in Springfield, Vermont to the late George and Catherine Barber. She was an Executive Secretary and Administration Assistant for several companies throughout her working career. Susan was a member of the Jacksonville Real Estate Investors' Association and the Esophageal Cancer Support Group. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Barber. Susan is survived by her husband, Douglas L. Johnston in which they have been together since 1988 and her son, Clint Reed of Jacksonville, FL. A Memorial service by her family and friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2019 in the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32211. A reception will follow after the services at the funeral home.
