Susan Conway Studt

Susan was a proud New Jersey girl and computer businesswoman who became a dedicated Navy wife, resourceful homemaker, and loving mother. Many may fondly remember her as a caring grade school volunteer. Others may know her as a wonderful friend to share a chat with comprised of thoughtful and witty anecdotes bolstered by an expansive vocabulary and incredibly detailed memory spanning across her seven plus decades. Some of her favorite activities included solving daily crossword puzzles and cryptoquotes, as well as watching TV shows especially the nightly "Jeopardy!".

Susan passed away January 12, 2025 at the age of 73, surrounded by family in her home of nearly 35 years in Jacksonville, FL. She was predeceased by her parents and eldest sister Margaret Jane Conway formerly of San Francisco, CA.

Susan is survived by her husband of 37 years John S. Studt, their three adult children Andrew J., Melissa S., Laura M., her older sister, Helen Conway Nolan, of Huntsville, AL, and many nieces and nephews.

Susan had great faith in a loving and kind God. She will be sorely missed.

A visitation for Susan will be held Friday, January 17, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32211.
