Ted Thomas Towner, 86, born in Pittsburgh, PA, passed away May 17, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Rosemarie; sons, Thomas, Timothy, Peter; daughters, Susan Bender, Patricia Hassert, Caroline Martins; as well as, 24 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Monday, May 22 in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on Tuesday, May 23 in St. Joseph's Historic Old Church, 4214 Loretto Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32223, followed by interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
