

Terell leaves behind his loving boys Bryson Juan and Jaxon Terell. His parents Gloria Lenise and Harold Juan. His sister Meagan Lenise and his grandmother Jacqueline Chandler. As well as uncles, aunts and cousins who are severely affected by his passing.
Terell was born on July 27, 1984 to Harold and Gloria Muse in Miami, Florida. When Terell was 7 the family moved to Pembroke Pines, FL where he was raised with his little sister Meagan in a loving, supportive and God-fearing home. From the very beginning Terell was a people person. He loved everyone and showed it with his warm smile and kind heart. Terell was a typical boy that loved sports and adventure. However, from a young age he was always looking out for others and became a big-brother figure to many in his neighborhood growing up.
Terell consistently excelled academically. After high school Terell attended Florida Atlantic University on a full scholarship. He graduated from FAU with a Computer Engineering degree. Right out of college he landed a job with OmniComm as a Clinical Trial Developer and Corporate Trainer. Terell eventually accepted a position at Maxis IT and Johnson & Johnson where he has been for the last 10 years. For the past two years he has held the position of Clinical Data Management Lead for the Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision. Terell genuinely loved his work.
Terell was an amazing son, brother, father, cousin and friend. He always showed concern for others and lifted spirits wherever he could. He had a great love of life. He loved to travel, sports, concerts and just being with his friends or hanging out with his family. However his greatest joy in life were his two sons, Bryson and Jaxon.
Terell was a genuinely beautiful person who cared deeply for the people around him. It has warmed his family’s heart to hear so many loving expressions by friends and co-workers. Many expressed how they were personally touched with Terell’s kindness and empathy. Terell had a great impact on the lives of so many. He will be deeply missed.
A visitation for TJ will be held Friday, July 21, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 SAN JOSE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207. A funeral service will occur Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel.
