

Teresa Ann Moshier, 66, died January 8, 2016 at Baptist South Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. She was born August 6, 1949 in Albany, NY. Teresa was a graduate of Guilderland Central School District, class of ‘67. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from LeMoyne College in Syracuse New York, class of ‘71. She worked as the director of personnel for Human Resources at the State University of New York at Albany for thirty years. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church for ten years. She was also a member and past president of the Council for Catholic Women (CCW), member of St. Elizabeth’s Circle and St. Michael’s Soldiers. She served as a volunteer at Baptist South Medical Center for the past five years. Teresa was preceded in death by her father, Edward M. Rafferty; mother, Marie Teresa Rafferty; and son-in-law, SGT Benjamin Brian Portell. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Michael Moshier of Jacksonville, Fl; daughters, Jennifer Koehlinger (Michael) of Tioga, ND, and Dr. Michelle McDonald (LT Thomas) of Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren, Isaac and Abigail Koehlinger and Keely McDonald; brothers, Richard Rafferty (Joanne) of Denville, NJ and Dr. Kevin Rafferty (Rhonda) of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Kathleen Rafferty and Steven Overmeyer of Jacksonville, FL., and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, January 11 in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12 in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Marian Center, 11730 Old St. Augustine Rd. Jacksonville, FL.
