Terri K. Stoufer, 55, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at her home. Terri was born in Jacksonville on January 13, 1956 to James T. Knight and Margaret Ridge Knight. She had a great mind and did well whatever she set out to do in spite of having Lupus for many years. Terri was a graduate of Terry Parker High School and the majored in nursing at the Concord Institute. She formerly worked as a counselor at Arlington Park Cemetery. Terri was a great lover of music especially classic Rock & Roll. She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Ann Stoufer (Cody Owens); a brother, James L. Knight (Liz); nephews, Jimmy and John Knight; and many other loving relatives and wonderful friends.A Celebration of her Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 8, 2011 in the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in Terri's name to the Lupus Foundation, www.lupus.org.
