An avid fisherman, he also enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Thadeus was employed in the construction industry.
Surviving are his loving mother, Glorine Frazier, two brothers, Gregory Parker, Troy A. Frazier Jr., five sisters, Donna Eason, Lynette Parker, Gina Parker, Krystal Frazier and Movita Frazier and many dear friends.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, February 25 at 10:00 am at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. Pastor Sirdelrol V. Drayton will officiate.
