
Dr. Thomas Moore Constantine, son of Charles and Margaret Constantine, passed away on March 12, 2013. Dr. Constantine was born in Racine, Wisconsin. After graduating from Park High School in Racine, where he played football, Dr. Constantine attended and graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Duke University School of Medicine with a Medical Doctor degree. After completing his residency Dr. Constantine relocated to Jacksonville and practiced at the Riverside Clinic for many years, specializing in internal medicine and hematology. He was married to Emma Constantine for fifty-two years. In addition to being a devoted husband, father and physician, he was an avid golfer and
traveler and much loved uncle by his fourteen nieces and nephews. Dr. Constantine is survived by his four children and nine grandchildren. A memorial service will be held for Dr. Constantine at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Jacksonville, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday April 6, 2013. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Mary’s Nursing School, c/o St. Mary's Medical Center Foundation, 2900 First Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25702.
