My dear Uncle Tom (UNC) was my buddy. When I was 3 years old he married Aunt Geri. Aunt Geri has told me I didn't take it well. Little did I know he was marring his best friend. I got over it and learned I was getting a new friend. He always made me smile and especially laugh. Rest in Peace my dear UNC. I will miss you dearly. Aunt Geri I love you and hope you find some peace knowing UNC is with our Lord Jesus and in no more pain or confusion.

Uncle Tom has always held a special place in my heart. I was always a little afraid of him when I stayed over, but I always knew he loved me and my cousins as much as his own kids. Spending the night at their house was always a treat and when they came out to the farm it was always fun trying to talk him and aunt Geri into letting Steve and Debbie stay the weekend. I almost think it was Uncle Tom that started us all playing hide and seek in the dark on the farm. Just to keep us kids out of the house... May the Lord welcome you into his loving arms and may the peace of God that surpasses all understanding embrace you Aunt Geri and surround your family as you all remember what a wonderful life he lived. God bless you all.

I’m so sorry for the loss of this wonderful man. He was an inspiration and hero to many. He will be remembered as an uncle that gave unconditionally with devotion to family. He had grace and charm with a sense of humor that pushed through tough times. I will always remember his gestures and manner in the way he taught life to others. Rest In Peace my beloved Uncle Tom.🇺🇸 Thank for your service to our country. ❤️
