

Timothy “Tim” Martin Ruen, 67, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Sunday night November 10, 2013 at his home. He was born on April 11, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan to John Henry and Marion Louise Martin Ruen. He was preceded in death by his wife Karyn Elaine Haughton Ruen of Jacksonville, FL. Tim was one of five brothers; Jack, Mike, Dan, Time, and Terry Ruen. He is survived by two brothers and many nieces and nephews throughout the U.S. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Tim was a major stockholder and employee of CHC Industries / Cleaners Hanger Co. He was owner/operator of Night Moves Racing, an “Unlimited Modified” Dirt Track motor company competing thought the U.S. Racing was his true love and passion. He was an active member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. A Rosary will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at seven o’clock in the evening at the church. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 22, 2013 at eleven o’clock in the morning at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He will rest beside his wife Karyn in Oaklawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Vitas Hospice, 7406 Fullerton St, Jacksonville, FL 32256. HARDAGE-GIDDENS, THE OAKLAWN CHAPEL, 4801 San Jose Boulevard is serving the family.
