She was born on November 22, 1960, in San Bernardino, California, to Donald Lilly Sr. and Phyllis Lilly. She spent most of her childhood in West Virginia and Florida. Tina had a strong Christian faith, was an esteemed choir member, and a devoted mother whose greatest joy was her family.
She is survived by her beloved children Amy (Andy), Kevin, Stephanie, and Valerie (Ash); her cherished grandchildren Riley, Bailey, Reese, Reid, Savanna, Genesis, and Kamea; her mother, Phyllis Lilly; her twin sister, Tana Lilly Still (Scott); her brothers, Randy Lilly (Bonnie) and Don Lilly (Karen); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Donna Lilly Orange earlier this year and her father, Donald Lilly Sr.
A service and visitation was held at Oaklawn on October 4, 2025. Tina was laid to rest with family at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in West Virginia.
Tina will be remembered for her warmth, her music, and her unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
