Vivian Lois Brooker, 97, passed away on January 13, 2017. Throughout her life she was active in garden clubs, the art guild of Jacksonville, various women’s clubs, and church activities. She was predeceased in death by her husband of 65 years, Lawrence and son, Kenneth. She is survived by daughter, Elaine Barry (Jim); grandson, Dwayne; and great-granddaughters, Kayli and Kendall. The family would like to thank the staff of Savannah Grand of Amelia Island for their love and assistance for the last 10 years. Visitation will be held from 10 am to 11 am on Thursday, February 9, in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin.
