

LUEDERS..........William N. (Bill) Lueders, born April 1, 1930 in Jacksonville, FL, a faithful follower of Jesus Christ, entered heaven on Monday, July 30th. He was a life-long resident of Jacksonville, Florida, attended Andrew Jackson High School, served 4 years in the U.S. Navy, was a Korean War Veteran and graduated from Jones Business College. Bill married Katherine Godbolt Lueders in 1949. Katherine survives him along with their son, Norman Wayne Lueders (June) and daughter, Karen Schoenfeld (Donny). He also had 4 grandchildren; Ryan Schoenfeld (Tammie), Eric Schoenfeld (Ashley), Heather & Ashley Lueders and one great grandchild, Anniston Grace Schoenfeld. Bill was one of 5 children born to Archie & Etha Lueders. His brothers, Charles and Howard Lueders (Shirley) along with his two sisters, Yvonne King & Joyce Whisenant (Chuck) survive him. Bill loved the Lord and was a committed family man. He also loved art, music and Bible study. In recent years, the Lord used Him to begin an Old Fashion Hymn Sing where people of faith from all denominations gather monthly to sing hymns in praise to God. The Hymn Sing continues today. Bill was a Member at Terry Parker Baptist Church where services will be held on Saturday, August 4th at 12:30p.m. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park with Pastor Howard Goodwin officiating. The family will also receive friends from 6 to 7:30pm on Friday, August 3rd at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Jacksonville, FL.
