

He was talented drummer who previously played in the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, and worked in the music industry for a number of years. He was the owner/operator of Abe Livert Records in Jacksonville and King Music and Pawn in St. Augustine. He was a quiet and thoughtful person, and a caretaker at his core. His silent dependability, sense of humor and loving spirit will be greatly missed.
He is predeceased by his grandson, Liam Christian Turk, his parents, Marjorie Cherry Livert, William Edwin Binkley, and stepfather Abe Livert. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Jefferies Binkley, daughter Angela Binkley Turk (Ryan), his son William E. Binkley, III (Kim), his grandchildren, Jude and Jillian Turk, and his brother David Livert (Roblyn) nephew Samuel Livert, as well as numerous loving and supportive friends and family members.
Services will be held at All Saints Episcopal Church at 4171 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32207 on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 4:00pm. Donations in his name to the American Cancer Society or the Epilepsy Foundation would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
