William Evart Duvall Jr.

William Evart Duvall Jr, 87 of Jacksonville, FL passed away September 11, 2016. He was born August 2, 1929 in Louisville, Kentucky. Bill served 22 years in the Navy and retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. He served in the Korean conflict. Bill continued his service at Jacksonville Naval Air Station in civil service for another 20 years. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Elsie Duvall, his son William E. Duvall III, stepson Greg Sullivan, and daughters LaNita Duvall and Cherie Green. His passion was fishing and loving his family especially his 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild. Bill and Elsie split their time between Jacksonville and Burgaw, North Carolina.
