He was a member of St. Johns Presbyterian church for many years. In addition, he maintained close caring relationships with childhood friends from Cedar Oaks Drive.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Paula Treisbach Houser and Franklin Caldwell Houser. He is survived by his children: Hali Katherina Houser, Cason Rhodes Houser (Elaina Nelson), Ella Adelia Houser (Brandon Heinze); and his brothers: Scott Caldwell Houser (Leann Fox) and Thomas Owen Houser.
A memorial service for Bill will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Legacy Lodge, 4801 San Jose Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida.
