

Mrs. Norris dedicated her life to caring for others and worked as a health care caregiver. A faithful member of Hunter Park Baptist Church for 32 years, she loved the Lord and lived her life as a devoted Christian. Her faith was evident in her service to God and in the example she set for family, friends, and all who knew her.
Willie Mae enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, reading, and shopping at yard sales. She was known for her loving spirit, unwavering faith, and the inspiration she provided to those around her.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Carter Leopard and Wayne Norris; her sons, John H. Leopard, James M. Leopard, and Ronald C. Leopard; and her daughter, Vickie Muller.
She leaves to cherish her memory her grandson, James Leopard; nieces Patsy Aswell, Diane Hogan, Linda Wilson, and Sheila; nephews Ted Lunsford, Blair Ballard, and Tim Owens; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Willie Mae Norris will be remembered for her faithful service to God, her love for her family, and the lasting impact she made on the lives of those who knew her. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who loved her.
Visitation will be held at Hardage - Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207, US, on June 26, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207, US, on June 26, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
