She was a mom, a daughter, a wife, a friend to a lot of people and a wonderful Grandmother. But overall she was the most amazing women I think I have ever met.  She would sit and talk to you for hours at a time and just pure listen. The woman who would do anything for her family, even literally give you the shirt off her back. The women who would be the first to tell you, you were wrong, not because she was critical but because she cared. I think of all the times she would ask me to walk outside with her or come sit with her and watch television and I smile. Granny and I used to play games together that I would usually play with friends like, Try Not to Laugh, 20 Questions, I Spy, checkers, and bingo. We would have as much fun as we could, that's another thing she was good at making things happy.  I will never forget her telling me I can do anything if it want it bad enough, and I never know if I don't try. She was the highlight of most things and now that she has passed it is very hard to not notice she Is missing. We just have to realize she is there we just can't see her. Granny Seal, will be greatly missed. I loved her so much and so did a lot of others. Shout out to Shela Carter who was not only her daughter but her caregiver too. I know Granny was really thankful that her caregiver was family, someone she could really tell what was going on with her. Instead of having to tell a complete stranger something uncomfortable to talk about. My love goes to all that are going through the loss of an awesome woman.

I was sorry to hear of Lucille's death  Don't know if you remember me or not but I am a member of Rivermont Baptist Church where you used to go at one time.  My prayers are with you and your family.

I was a year behind your mother at the old Snow Hill High School. We were friends and had many good times there. She was upbeat and could always keep us laughing. Even though your father and I played basketball against each other, we always liked each other. All of you are in my prayers!   Quincy
