She was a member of the Greater Mt. Zion Church, Hauula, Hawaii.

She is survived by her son: Allen Kaimana Richards and wife Adrienne of Jacksonville, NC; daughter: Salina Plummer and husband Corey of Jacksonville, NC; sisters: June Pate of Jacksonville, NC, Edwina Owens of Jacksonville, NC, Wanda Williams and husband Jerry of Pascagoula, Miss., Linda Waters and husband Darron of Jacksonville, NC, Louise Capadicasa and husband Louis of Killeen, Tx., Florine Kuewa of Pascagoula, Miss., Nona Rhymes and husband Roc of Jacksonville, NC; six grandchildren: Cecil Morgan Maxie, Shane Ikaika Maxie, Cameron Kaimana Maxie, Chance Kealii Richards, Shianna Odelia Puaala Vickers'dew, Ceoiro Kamuela Richands; one great grandchild; Cailynn Pualena Maxie.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
