Dot was the most selfless woman I ever met.., I admired her for how she took care of the ones she loved... giving her life to help her husband and daughter through their illnesses. She is a saint in my eyes and her daughter Tammi takes right after her. I have no doubt Dot went straight up and she will be greatly missed... God bless her and her family.

There was a time when meeting my grandparents for Saturday breakfast at “cousin” Dorothy’s was the only bright spot in my life. Her door was always open, her coffee was always fresh, and her fellowship was always a blessing. Long after I moved away, she sent me this coffee mug, a perfect reminder of the things I’ve learned from her. She trusted God with all her problems, and that example encourages me to do the same. She will be greatly missed, but I’m looking forward to seeing her again in heaven.

Dot was an amazing mother and grandmother, and a dear friend to so many. God gifted her with a servant’s heart and a true passion for sharing His word and caring for her family and those around her. I know she touched so many lives, including mine and that of my husband and son. Dot, you will be missed and we love you so much. I know you are free for pain and reunited with Brandon eternally in heaven. You will forever be an angel to us.

I loved Dorothy Tracy ! She was a wonderful inspiration and always positive . She watched my activity on Facebook and seemed to be my biggest fan . I will remember always Sunday mornings, fried bread doe with cinnamon and sugar ,all shook up in a brown paper bag oh so yummy, and Bethlehem Baptist Church , sitting with her and Mr. Tracy as a young adolescent and feeling content . I will hold close the memories of many , many Sunday mornings with her and her family and the love that was alive in their home. All of the family will be in my prayers , especially you Tam!

Dorothy was everyone’s biggest fan. No matter what was going on in her own life, she always had the time to send messages of encouragement and love. Even after she got so sick and couldn’t be around my young children any more, she still brought gifts for them and would watch them play from afar. Her love ran deep.
