She was a member of the Centerview Baptist Church. Eloisa worked at the Navy Federal Credit Union for 20 plus years.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Centerview Baptist Church with Reverend Michael Schwalm officiating.
She is survived by her husband: Eric Williams; daughter: Brittany Williams of the home; brother: Antonio Eclarin of Burbank, Cal.; sisters: Elizabeth Eclarin of Irvin, Cal., Eleanor Magno of the Philippines, Evelyn Eclarin of the Philippines.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at Centerview Baptist Church on Saturday prior to the service.
