Emma Bell Browning

Emma was a member of the Jacksonville Church of God and the Holly Ridge Church of God.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, October 5, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville with Rev. Stephen Dupree officiating. Burial will follow at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, Jacksonville.

Emma is preceded in death by her husband Cecil Earl Browning; son, Patrick Earl Browning; parents, Andrew & Emma Rowe Johnson; brothers, Joe Johnson, Tommy Johnson, & Johnny Johnson; sister, Janice Nelson; and grandchildren, Kyle Edward Browning, Leora Martin, & Baby Prince.

She is survived by her sons, Howard Edward Browning of Sneads Ferry & Garran Browning & Cordale King of Jacksonville; daughters, Cecile & Glenn Walls of Holly Ridge, Dawn Browning of Jacksonville; sisters, Carol Robinette of Jacksonville, Nora & Cecil Willis of Logan, WV, Nellie & Charles Lovejoy, Cora Green of Hickory, NC, and Andrea & Johnny Markum of Logan, WV. Grandchildren; Hannah Browning, Tyilynn Browning, Amy & Stephen Martin, Casey Browning, Ashley Browning, Jessie & Josh Reid, & Tracey Browning, 10 Great Grandchildren, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, & Nephews.

The family will receive friends 6:00pm-8:00pm,Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the funeral home, Jacksonville.
