Francis James Demers

He was a member of the Freedom Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church. Francis was a veteran in the USMC. He was preceded in death by his wife: Brenda Ferrell Demers; daughter: Paula Lynn Stevens.

A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the Freedom Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church with Reverend Ernest King officiating. Burial will follow at the Coastal Carolina State Veteran’s Cemetery.

He is survived by his daughter: Brandy Lynn Futrell and husband Richard of Jacksonville; sons: James Andrews Demers, Sr. of Jacksonville, NC, Michael James Arnold and wife Kim of Raleigh; sister: Shelly Tatro of Malone, NY; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 am – 10:30 am at the church prior to the service on Tuesday.
