Franklin Roosevelt Riggs

He is survived by his Wife of 65 years, Edna Belle Morton Riggs, four sons; Franklin Donnie Riggs of Maysville, Larry Eugene Riggs of Maysville, Tony Duane Riggs of Stella, and Randy Morton Riggs of Swansboro.

Four Brothers Jerry Riggs, Elijah Riggs, Neil Riggs, and Harold Riggs. Two Sisters Iva Lee Bray, and Mary Frances Morton. Seven Grandchildren, three Great Grandchildren, and one Great Great Grandchild

A Funeral service will be held at Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville, Saturday, December 9th 2017 at 2 PM with Pastor Jerry Smith officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery in Maysville.
