A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at the New Beginnings Christian Church with Bishop Will Smith officiating.
He is survived by his parents: Alex Footman, II and Gina Mosley; brother: Elijah Raymond Mosley Smith of the home; grandparents: John Henry Mosley, Jr and Mary Faye Mosley of Jacksonville, Alex James Footman, I and Mazella Footman of Florida.
