She was a member of the Christian Tabernacle Church, Jacksonville.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Christian Tabernacle Church on Thursday, September 24, 2015 with the Reverend Randall Pearce officiating. Burial will follow at the Jacksonville Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband: Willie W. Mobley, Sr.; son: Willie W. Mobley, Jr. of Kinston, brother: Larry Carter of Kinston; sisters: Velera Stallings of Kinston, Ruby Houston of Kinston.

The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
