Sean is survived by his parents, James and Donna Lowe of Richlands, five brothers; James Lower Jr. (Jennifer) of Carolina Beach, Mark Lowe (Chastine) of Jacksonville, Bryan Lowe of Carolina Beach, Alex Lowe of New Bern, Tre Lowe of Richlands, and three sisters; Meredith Veilleux (Travis) of Wake Forrest, Missy Lowe of Carolina Beach, Amy Agrait (Andres) of Jacksonville.
Sean is preceded in death by his sister Nicole Elizabeth Lowe.
A memorial service will be held for Sean at 11:00am Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home, Richlands, with Rev. Randy Jones officiating.
