Richard Todd Ramsey “Ricky”, 53, of Jacksonville, joined his Fiancée’ Sandy Dawn Netto and Mother, Joyce Ann Ramsey in heaven on Thursday, August 25, 2016.
He is survived by his son, Jonathan Todd Ramsey; his Father, James Ramsey and wife Pattie; his sister, Renee Kinsey and husband Kevin and his niece and nephew, Joy Fletcher and Mason Kinsey
A Graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Ramsey Family Cemetery on Ramsey Road.
