
Mr. Ingram served in Korea and Vietnam in the USMC during his 30 years receiving a Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Valor. He also served in the Secret Service for 22 years.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 17 at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.
He is survived by his wife, Doreen D. Ingram of Greenville; son, William E. Ingram Jr. of Greenville; daughter, Rebecca L. Ingram and husband Joel Crook of Jacksonville; brother, Franklin Delano and wife Julene of Palm Springs, Calif., and beloved pets, Jefferson, Abby, and Bubba.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors.
