Betty Faye Plunkett

Betty Faye Plunkett, 87, of Carbon Hill, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021, at her residence. Visitation for the public will be Monday, February 1, 2021, from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. Family will have a private service. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery. Billy Feltman will officiate.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Edna Eads; brother, Frank Eads; and great-grandchildren, Cooper and Noah Morgan.

She is survived by her children, Pat Guthrie (Donald), Donna Plunkett, Janet Hardy, and Steve Plunkett (Tracie); grandchildren, Holly Morgan (Shane), Brent Hardy, Kendall Hardy (Jacob), Whitney Alexander (Corey), Spencer Plunkett (Deanna), and Colton Plunkett (Abby); great grandchildren, Max Morgan, Levi Alexander, Sawyer Alexander, and Lincoln Haynes; sister, Dot Ganey; special niece, Sandra Ganey Webster; and life-long best friend, Helen Sprinkle.

The pallbearers will be Spencer Plunkett, Colton Plunkett, Shane Morgan, Corey Alexander, Jacob Haynes, and Ronnie Joe Ganey.

The family also wishes to express their gratitude to their Comfort Care Hospice family and caregiver Phyllis Wideman.
