Ileen Herron, 84, of Woodhaven, Michigan, passed away Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016,in Trenton, Michigan. The family will receive friends Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, from 12:30 until 2 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home in Jasper. Funeral services will be Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, at 2 p.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Old Union Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Lee Majors will officiate. Ileen was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. Herron; son, Morace R. Herron; sister, Geneva McGough; and brothers, Melvin “Buddy” Farris and Willis Farris. She is survived by her daughter, Edith Malynick; sons, Keith Herron, Chris Herron and Allen Herron; nine grandchildren; six great- grandchildren; and siblings, Georgia McDuffie and Homer Farris.
