Carolyn J Jackson

Carolyn was a lifelong faithful member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, at 11 a.m. in the Kilgore-Green Chapel with Brother Vance Hutton officiating, assisted by grandson, Michael Wiggins and grandson-in-law, Rick Harrison. Burial will follow at Shanghi Cemetery. Family and friends may visit on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Kilgore-Green Funeral Home in Jasper is entrusted with her care.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Donald Jackson; daughters, Patti Bradberry (Larry) of Senoia, Georgia; Melissa Wiggins (Dale) of Coker, Alabama, and son, Jared Jackson (Tammy) of Fairburn, Georgia; grandsons, Michael Wiggins of Coker, Alabama, Mark Bradberry (Adrian) of Senoia, Georgia, and Joshua Wiggins (Kathy) of Gordo, Alabama; granddaughters, Tina Harrison (Rick) of Clinton, Tennessee, Brook Peak (Kevin) of Northport, Alabama; grandchildren by heart, Anna Coleman of Fairburn, Georgia, and Trey Coleman of Starkville, Mississippi; five great-granddaughters; three great-grandsons; two special nieces, Vicki Akridge of Crowley, Texas, and Brenda Baxter of Northport, Alabama; and special friend, Carolyn Tackett of Parrish, Alabama, along with other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Indian Creek Youth Camp at 7855 Pleasantfield Road, Oakman, Alabama 35579, an organization close to her heart.

The family would like to thank Aveanna Hospice for their compassionate care during Carolyn's final days.
