Cleo C. Bailey, 87, of Jasper, passed away Friday, April 7, 2017, at her residence Bailey was preceded in death by her spouse, Joe James Bailey; mother, Mattie Marie McAuther; and son, James Clarence Bailey. She is survived by her sons, David Bailey and Charles Bailey (Patricia); grandson, David Evan Bailey; granddaughters, Jennifer Bailey Adams, Stephanie Bailey, Terri Bailey Krabbenhoft, and Sherri Bailey Streff; and one great-granddaughter, Ashley Adams
